Aro, joined the Blues from Burnley in the summer of 2024, signing a four-year contract at Portman Road and becoming Town’s fifth signing of the summer. 

The 25-year-old, who was born in Switzerland and has represented Kosovo 38 times at international level, played a major part in Burnley’s promotion to the Premier League during the 2022/23 campaign, before featuring 10 times for the Clarets in the top-flight last season. 

Having started his professional career with Manchester City, he spent loan spells at NAC Breda, Nottingham Forest, Girona, Willem II and Adana Demirspor, prior to joining Burnley and making a total of 55 appearances during his time at Turf Moor.
