Town signed Brandon on loan from Manchester United on 24 August, 2023

During his time at Old Trafford, the versatile defender spent time working with Town boss Kieran McKenna in the United youth system, before graduating to the first-team and making more than 50 appearances for his boyhood club.

After coming through the United youth system, Brandon made his senior debut for the Red Devils in an EFL Cup game with Rochdale in September 2019, before going on to score his first United goal in a 3-3 draw with Sheffield United two months later.

In total he made 36 senior appearances for United during his debut campaign, featuring in Premier League and Europa League games, with a further 14 appearances coming during 2020/21, during which he made his Champions League debut.

Brandon spent the 2021/22 season on loan at Norwich City, making 29 appearances, before returning to Old Trafford for the duration of last season.

He has been capped at U21 level by England.
