Striker Freddie joined Town in the summer of 2022 and played a central role during his first season at the Club. 

He scored 21 goals in all competitions, with 17 coming in the league during what was the best scoring season of his professional career to date.  

His goals played a major part in Town winning promotion back to the Championship, the third time Freddie has achieved that feat during his career, having done so twice with Rotherham before moving to Suffolk. 

Freddie then secured another promotion a year later where his goals during the first half of the campaign helped Town back into the Premier League for the first time in 22 years.

Prior to his three seasons with the Millers, Freddie scored 18 times during his one season with Plymouth Argyle, having previously made his Premier League debut against Manchester United at Old Trafford while a Crystal Palace player.  

He made his first professional appearance with Colchester United in 2012.
