Town completed the signing of Liam Delap on a five-year deal from Manchester City for an undisclosed fee in the summer of 2024.

Liam, who has featured for City in the Premier League, Champions League and the FA Cup, spent the 2023/24 season with Hull City in the Championship, scoring eight goals in 32 appearances.

He also had loan spells at Stoke City and Preston North End previously in his career, and represented England U21s on five occasions, scoring on his debut away to Luxembourg in September 2023.

Liam made his competitive Town debut as Liverpool visited Portman Road in the opening game of the Premier League season.
