Nick came through the Town Academy set-up and returned to the Blues in January 2022 from Hemel Hempstead Town, having previously spent time with Norwich City. 

Having impressed in training with the first-team squad and his fellow goalkeepers, he signed a new two-year deal the following August, keeping him at Portman Road until the summer of 2024. 

During October and November of 2023, Nick spent time at National League side Southend United, impressing during his time at Roots Hall.
