Omari returned to Town on a five-year deal from Chelsea in June 2024 after spending the 2023/24 season on loan in Suffolk, where he helped the Blues achieve promotion to the Premier League with 10 Championship goals.

The teenager made two senior appearances for Chelsea in 2022/23, both coming off the bench in Premier League and FA Cup matches against then European Champions Manchester City.

The attacker has previously been on the books at Arsenal, where he played against Town at Portman Road in the EFL Trophy in December 2021, assisting a Gunners goal before ultimately scoring the winning penalty which saw his side progress in a shootout.

He has won two senior caps for Jamaica, having previously represented England at a range of youth levels.
