Which games can I watch on TownTV?
Live video coverage of games is available for UK and international fans, but there are restrictions on what fixtures can be broadcast due to EFL broadcasting rules and regulations.

How to watch or listen to TownTV games
How to watch* on desktop or mobile/tablet browsers:
- Log into ITFC.co.uk and purchase your match pass or international TownTV subscription from our Subscriptions & Passes page: itfc.co.uk/videos/subscriptions/
- Once purchased, head to our Watch or Listen Live page: itfc.co.uk/live and select the Watch Now or Listen Now button for the feed you want to access.
- Live pre-match shows start an hour before kick-off, and audio commentary is available to all TownTV subscribers. Subtitled feeds are also available.
How to watch* via the Ipswich Town Official App:
- Log into ITFC.co.uk on your browser and purchase your match pass or international TownTV subscription from our Subscriptions & Passes page: itfc.co.uk/videos/subscriptions/
- Once purchased, ensure you are logged into the app, tap TownTV and then the live tab. Select the Watch Now or Listen Now button for the feed you want to access.
- Live pre-match shows start an hour before kick-off, and audio commentary is available to all TownTV subscribers. Subtitled feeds are also available.
How to stream to a smart TV
To stream the video to your TV, please download the Ipswich Town Official app onto your mobile or tablet. When the live video plays, click the cast button (top right icon in the blue bar) and then select your device. This only works for compatible devices, including most smart TVs. As an alternative, you can use a HDMI cable from your laptop to your TV.
* Subscriptions and passes can only be purchased through a desktop or mobile browser. Access to live videos is subject to EFL broadcasting restrictions. If match passes are unable to be purchased or restrictions in your region are in place for our Full Live Show, unfortunately, you are unable to watch this match live. Which matches are available for live streaming?
TownTV offers two forms of matchday streaming: video and audio.
Videos include multi-camera coverage of Town matches, complete with replays, score graphics and commentary.
Audio is commentary-only.
Video (domestic)
Video match passes are available to UK supporters for selected midweek league matches, subject to streaming criteria from the EFL. Carabao Cup matches are not available to stream due to competition rules.
Passes for eligible games are sold on a match-by-match basis only.
Video (international)
Video match passes are available to overseas supporters for most league matches, excluding those chosen for international broadcast. If a match is selected for international broadcast, it will only be available in 'unsold markets' - territories where there is not a broadcast agreement in place.
As with domestic viewers, Carabao Cup fixtures cannot be streamed internationally due to competition rules.
Overseas supporters can purchase a video pass on a seasonal or match-by-match basis.
Audio (worldwide)
Audio commentary is available worldwide for all fixtures, including the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup.
Passes can be bought on a seasonal or match-by-match basis.
How much is a TownTV pass?
TownTV UK subscription - £5.99 a month
TownTV individual match pass - £10
TownTV international subscription - £19.99 a month
What are the system and internet connection requirements?
Your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
- Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari (Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported)
- Mobiles And Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+
*some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer
You will require a WiFi or broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 1.2mbps, with latency not exceeding 100ms, for SD. You will require 4mbps, with latency not exceeding 50ms, for HD.
TownTV is not responsible for streaming issues related to user connectivity ie. poor connection or download speeds, devices without the minimum system requirements, improper use of VPNs or any other matters outside of the Club's direct control.
Are the FA Cup games going to be streamed live?
Unfortunately, due the Club is unable to provide live video streaming of FA Cup games in any country.
Which payment method can I use to buy a TownTV pass?
The following payment methods can be used to purchase a TownTV pass:

- Visa
- Mastercard

How do I cancel my auto-renewing subscription?
Users can manage their subscription, including updating card details, by clicking on the profile button on the top right-hand corner of the screen, then 'Manage Subscriptions'.
I have subscribed or bought a pass and payment has been taken twice. What do I do?
Please get in touch using the below email address, so we can look into whether you are due a refund:
Refunds must be claimed within 3 months of the date you made payment.
I have paid but I am unable to see some features. What do I do?
Please ensure you are logged in. If you are logged in, you will see Profile in the top right corner. The Club has been advised that clearing internet browsing data (cookies and cache) can often alleviate problems.

Which matches can I stream?
All Championship matches can be streamed by internationally, except for any games selected for international broadcast.
Sky Bet Championship matches selected for international broadcast during Championship midweeks can still be streamed internationally, apart from in the following territories:
Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, UAE, Yemen, Chad, Djibouti, Somalia, Palestine, USA, Turkey, Netherlands, Iceland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Andorra, Monaco, Clipperton, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Madagascar, Martinique, Mauritius, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, La Reunion, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Wallis and Futuna.
Carabao Cup fixtures are not available for streaming due to competition rules.
How much is an international subscription?
An international subscription to TownTV is £19.99 per month, and includes the following:
- Live pre-match show
- Live multi-camera coverage of the match (with commentary)
- Live post-match show
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes content and footage
- Extended features
- Pre-match and post-match interviews
- Match highlights
- Full match replays
- Acess to stream U21 games played at Portman Road
International supporters can also view fixtures on an individual basis by purchasing a TownTV individual match pass for £10.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Supporters will be charged their subscription fee on the same day each month.
e.g. If you subscribed on 25 July, your next payment will be on 25 August.
Can I watch individual matches, without purchasing a subscription?
The Club understands that due to varying reasons, such as international time zones, not all supporters are able to commit to the international subscription.
Therefore, all league fixtures that are not selected for international broadcast can be streamed by purchasing a £10 TownTV individual match pass.
Why is there no option to purchase an annual pass?
TownTV is not limited to the constraints of the football season, with exclusive content continually available throughout the close-season period, which non-subscribing supporters will not have access to.
Pre-season fixtures which are regularly played abroad, similarly to the fixtures against RB Leipzig and SV Werder Bremen in the Innsbruck Cup will also often be available as part of a TownTV membership, allowing you to continue to follow the Club throughout the pre-season periods.
EFL unsold markets
If your country is not listed below, it will have an EFL broadcasting partner. You can find the EFL's broadcasting partners here. If a game has been selected for tv coverage, the game will be available through the partner's channel in your country.

What are the EFL's unsold markets?
Fixtures which are selected for TV broadcast will not be available to watch via TownTV in the EFL's 'core markets'.
For territories outside of the EFL's core markets, including countries which may have EFL broadcast deals, TownTV subscriptions may be valid, and TownTV individual match passes may be available.
For televised midweek fixtures, streaming opportunities will be available to all markets except for the EFL core markets.
For televised weekend fixtures, live match streaming will not be an option to EFL core markets.

How do I create a new TownTV account?
The Club has recently launched a new website, which allows supporters to access TownTV. All supporters will therefore be required to create a new account on the website in order to access TownTV's features.
To do this, click 'login' in the top right-hand corner of your desktop or mobile device screen. Then, select the option to 'register for a new club account'. You will then be prompted to enter your details, and will need to create a password in order to create an account. Following the completion of the process, you will now have an active ITFC Digital Account, which will also act as your login to TownTV.
I haven't received the confirmation email
If you have created an account with your own email and password, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Whilst you wait you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page. When you receive the confirmation email, there will be a secure link ‘click here’ in the email which you need to click on to confirm your email. This will then open up a new browser tab for you to login with your email and password for the first time. This is just to check the email is indeed yours.
Note it may take a few seconds or minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email, please follow the next steps:
- Check your junk and spam folders.
- Ensure you did not use any mailbox that could be shared, eg info@, reception@, sales@ as these will not be accepted for your ITFC Digital Account.
- Add login@service.itfc.co.uk to your safe senders list and retry sending the email from the link ‘click here to resend email’ in the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page.
If you have left the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page and you want to go back to resend the confirmation email, login again with your email and password chosen, and as you have not yet confirmed your email, you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page where you can click the link to resend.
If none of the steps above work, please contact the Customer Services with your email address. In a few cases the email may be being blocked by your email service provider. Club staff will be able to check this so that you may contact your service provider directly.
I've forgotten my password

Do I need to create another account on the Ipswich Town app?
No. The app will work in a similar way to the desktop version of TownTV, and therefore, you will be able to sign in to the app using the account you created online.
Please note that it is not possible to create a new digital account on the app. This is a process that will need to be completed online.
