Which games can I watch live on TownTV?
Apart from pre-season friendlies, unfortunately we do not offer live video streaming of first-team matches in the 2024/25 season.
Full match replays of first-team fixtures will be available to subscribers on TownTV within 24 hours of the final whistle.
Subscribers can also enjoy live audio commentary for every first-team home and away match, tune into TownTV's new live preview show, and watch select U21 and Town Women games live from Portman Road.
How do I listen in or watch live?

When ready to watch or listen live, head to our Live page: itfc.co.uk/live, ensuring you are logged in, and select the Watch or Listen Now button for the feed you want to access.
How to watch or listen via the Ipswich Town Official App:

When ready to watch or listen live, ensure you are logged into the app, tap TownTV and then select the Live tab. Select the Watch or Listen Now button for the feed you want to access.
* A TownTV subscription is required for any live audio. Please check for information on upcoming streams and any restrictions that may be in place.
How much is a subscription or match pass?
TownTV subscriptions for UK and international supporters are available for £5.99 as a recurring monthly payment.
Match passes, though only available for pre-season fixtures and select U21 and Town Women games, vary in price. Please see our subscriptions page for more information.
What are the system and internet connection requirements?
Your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
- Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari (Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported)
- Mobiles And Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+
*some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer
You will require a WiFi or broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 1.2mbps, with latency not exceeding 100ms, for SD. You will require 4mbps, with latency not exceeding 50ms, for HD.
TownTV is not responsible for streaming issues related to user error or connectivity problems including poor connection or download speeds, devices without the minimum system requirements, improper use of VPNs or any other matters outside of the Club's direct control.
Which payment method can I use to buy a subscription or match pass?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

How do I cancel my auto-renewing subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Profile > View Subscriptions when logged into ITFC.co.uk
You may also request to cancel your subscription by sending an e-mail to itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk. We shall endeavour to process your request promptly and within 5 working days of receipt.
You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, you may still be charged.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or match passes and digital content purchased but not used. For full terms and conditions, please read our Terms & Conditions.
I have subscribed or bought a pass and payment has been taken twice. What do I do?

I have paid but I am unable to see some features. What do I do?

When will I be charged for my subscription?
Subscribers will be charged their subscription fee on the same day each month.
e.g. If you subscribed on 25 July, your next payment will be on 25 August.
To update your payment method or cancel your subscription, please visit Profile > View Subscriptions when logged into ITFC.co.uk
You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, you may still be charged.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase, explaining the reason for your refund request.
- Provide your Supporter ID, your registered email address and any relevant details. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.
We may be able to offer a refund on TownTV services or products in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same subscription or match pass twice, we are happy to issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe and we determine the fault to be our own.
- Misrepresentation: If the product description or features significantly misrepresent the actual product you received.
We may not be able to offer you a refund in the following situations:
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for purchases made due to a change of mind or mistakes resulting from misreading product descriptions. Please review all product descriptions, compatibility requirements and any location restrictions thoughly before making your purchase.
- Subscription Cancellations: Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
- Technical Issues Caused By User Error: If technical issues arise due to user error, incorrect purchase or incompatibility with your device, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Refund Approval
Refunds will be approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is not genuine or does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
I have cancelled my subscription but I am still being charged. Why is this?
You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming billing cycle. Otherwise, you may still be charged.

Can I pause, rewind etc. live content?
Live content on TownTV does not support pause, rewind or fast-forward features currently.
If a stream is paused, when resumed, the video will not continue from the point where the stream was paused.
Live content will usually be available to watch back, including Full Match Replays, on TownTV afterwards.
Which matches can I watch live on TownTV?
As a Premier League Club, we must now follow a revised set of competition rules. Sadly this will mean we are unable to live stream first-team fixtures to the extent we were able to in the 2023/24 season.
Although TownTV will not feature live coverage of first-team fixtures we will still be showing exclusive on-demand content and unrivalled access to the Men’s team, Women’s team and Academy, including full match replays of first-team fixtures.
Subscribers will also be able to listen to live audio commentary, watch TownTV's new live preview show and watch select U21 games live.
How much is an international subscription?
TownTV subscriptions for both UK and international supporters are available for £5.99 as a recurring monthly payment.
As we are unable to stream first-team fixtures internationally to the extent we were able in the 2023/24 season, from 17 July 2024 our monthly international subscription price was reduced from £19.99 per month to £5.99 per month, the same price as UK-based subscribers. Additionally, annual subscriptions are no longer available to purchase as of 14 April 2024.
How do I create a new TownTV account?
We have introduced one online account for all things Ipswich Town including the Club site, ticketing, shop, app and TownTV.
Supporters can register for a free ITFC digital account here.
Once registered, supporters can watch free videos or purchase a TownTV subscription to unlock all content.
I haven't received the confirmation email
Once registered, you will receive an email from Ipswich Town Football Club, powered by our payment handler Stripe. Check junk and spam filters for this notification if it has not arrived. If you still cannot find the email, please email digital support: itfcdigitalsupport@itfc.co.uk.
Follow the link in the email to complete your account activation and security set up.

Do I need to create another account on the Ipswich Town app?
No. The app will work in a similar way to the desktop version of TownTV, and therefore, you will be able to sign in to the app using the account you created online.
Please note that it is not possible to create a new digital account on the app. This is a process that will need to be completed via your mobile or desktop internet browser.

- Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Ipswich Town Football Club TownTV streaming service (“Service”) provided by Ipswich Town Football Club (“ITFC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ITFC. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
- Access and Use
2.1 To access the Service, you must register an account with us and pay any applicable subscription fees.
2.2 You may not share your account or login details with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
2.3 The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Content
3.1 The Service provides streaming access to live and on-demand content related to Ipswich Town Football Club, including but not limited to matches, interviews, and highlights.
3.2 The availability of content may vary, and we make no guarantees about the specific content that will be available at any given time.
3.3 We reserve the right to remove or modify content from the Service at our discretion.
- Pricing and Payment
4.1 Subscription fees for the Service are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes to the subscription fees.
4.2 Payment must be made by an accepted credit or debit card. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
- Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting Profile > View Subscriptions when logged into ITFC.co.uk

7.1 We provide the Service “as is” and make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the content available through the Service.
7.2 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise.
- Changes to the Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes to the Terms, and by continuing to use the Service after such notification, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
- Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
